After connecting the camera to your PC, MS-Windows 7 and MS-Windows 8 auto-
matically install the camera driver. As a rule, this installation only takes a few
seconds. Please pay attention to the icons displayed in the status bar.

Wait until the installation of the camera driver has been finished.
In the status bar, you will receive a corresponding message.
Start the software that has already been installed.
The XC30 has now been registered as a device and is ready for use.
